The Black Sesame bar is a take on the traditional Tong Yuen dessert, a sweet black sesame caramel with a hint of cured tangerine peel ('Chenpi') to round off the flavour.
This bar brings a sweet and comforting bite. Perfect on cold winter days to be shared with family and friends.
Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, sesame, cured tangerine
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Ideal temperature is 12-20 degrees. If some spots or a white film appear on the bar, it is not mould. It is simply cacao butter coming to the surface of the bar due to changes in temperature and/or humidity. It is still perfectly delicious to eat.
