    We lovingly handcraft each of your orders, so please give us at least 2 business days' notice. Orders placed after 2pm will need an extra day.

    Delivery / Pickup Arrangement

    • Please kindly note that we do NOT deliver orders on Sundays, except Same-day Gourmet Delivery/Wedding Cakes.
      *Please refer to our individual product pages for the delivery details.
    • The earliest delivery time is 12pm, and the latest delivery time is 7pm. Delivery Time-slot: 12pm-2pm / 2pm-4pm / 4pm-7pm
    • Store pick-up is available everyday from 12pm-8pm at Jouer Boutique (Lee Garden Two, Causeway Bay).
    • If an order consists of more than one product, the earliest shipping date will be in accordance with the product with the longest preparation time.
