Online Order & Delivery:

Can I customize my cake?

We do not offer customized cakes. You may check out our signature layered cakes and all new-in products.

 

Is there any complimentary gift for my cake order?

    No, but please feel free to check out our wide variety of toppers options for your cake.

     

    How long will my order stay fresh for?

      All food should be consumed within a day.

       

      When should I place my order?

        We lovingly handcraft each of your orders, so please give us at least 1 day's notice. Orders placed after 2pm will need an extra day. Please view the shipping details & options when checking out.

         

        How do I know if my order is being processed?

          Upon receiving your order, we will issue a confirmation through email. Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive the confirmation.

           

          Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

            No cancellation or refund would be accepted after the order is confirmed. We also reserve the right not to accept any rescheduling request due to limited availability. In case of black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above, delivery will be postponed. We will contact you to make new delivery arrangements.

             

            Can I modify my order details?

              If there is any need for order modification or pickup / delivery rescheduling, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. Please understand that all orders are handmade, so rescheduling is subject to availability of the new pick up / delivery date.

               

              What payment methods do we accept?

                You can pay online via credit card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also, you pay without using a credit card, like PayPal, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay.

                 

                Where do we deliver?

                We deliver your order with care in Hong Kong, except for outlying islands, the airport, and restricted areas of Hong Kong.

                 

                Who is our courier?

                  All orders will be delivered by Lalamove, our delivery partner, please note that your delivery information will be shared to them. Detailed service level agreement please refer to Lalamove’s Terms & Condition.

                   

                  How much is the delivery fee?

                    Unless specifically indicated, there are two delivery options for all orders. Customers can go to Jouer Boutique to collect the orders from our store, or use our delivery service. Please refer to our shipping and delivery details

                    *In case of black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above, delivery will be postponed. We will contact you to make new delivery arrangements.

                    When is our delivery time?

                      Shipping/delivery time will be 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-7pm. Please select "Local Delivery" when checking out.
