Order & Delivery

Placing Orders

  • We provide delivery service only from Monday to Friday, 12-6pm. No delivery service on Saturdays Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email about the delivery information. A phone call will be made for any confirmation needed.

  • Upon receiving your order, we will issue confirmation through email. Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive the confirmation.

  • No cancellation and refund will be accepted after the order is confirmed. We also reserve the right to not accept any rescheduling request due to limited availability.

  • If there is any need for order modification or pickup/delivery rescheduling, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. Please understand that all orders are handmade, so rescheduling is subject to availability of the new pick up/delivery date.

Delivery Arrangement

  • No delivery service is offered for outlying islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, the airport, and restricted areas of Hong Kong.

  • Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply if second delivery is required due to incomplete/incorrect recipient information or absence of recipient at the designated date, time and address.

  • In the cases of Typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other adverse weather conditions, Jouer Boutique will be closed. Delivery service, store pick-up and event venue booking will have to be rescheduled. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

      Additional Notice

      • All food products should be consumed on the day the order is received.

      • The listed price is only applicable for standard designs. In case any amendment is needed, Jouer reserves the right to provide further quotations. The actual price of the product depends on the finalized design requirement.

      • Please note that as the colour is hand-mixed, it is very likely that the colour and look of the cake will vary slightly from the reference photo. The product photos in the online store are for reference only.

      • By submitting the order, you agree to accept the terms and conditions.

      • Subject to supply availability, Jouer reserves the right to replace food products of equal value.

      • In case of disputes, the decision of Jouer shall be final and binding.
