    We lovingly handcraft each of your orders, so please give us at least a 2-day notice. Orders placed after 2 pm will need an extra day. Product images may differ from the actual product as each gift set is handmade to order.

    Delivery / Pickup Arrangement

    • Please kindly note, we do NOT deliver orders on Sundays, except Same-day Gourmet Delivery/Wedding Cakes. *Please refer to our individual product pages for the delivery details.
    • The earliest delivery time is 12pm, and the latest delivery time is 7pm. Delivery Time-slot: 12pm-2pm / 2pm-4pm / 4pm-7pm
    • Store pick-up is available everyday from 12pm-8pm at Jouer Boutique (Lee Garden Two, Causeway Bay) while store pick-up is NOT available from Monday to Wednesday at Jouer Atelier (Sau Wa Fong, Wan Chai).
