A hybrid of two East and West classics - Sichuan Mapo Tofu x Italian Bolognese. Replacing the tofu with more substantial fusilli pasta, which soaks up the piquant Mapo 'ragu' even better, this dish has crowned our Wanchai Atelier patrons' lunch-favorite list since its launch in 2018. Includes a small hearty soup, and a macaron for a sweet finish before you head back to your laptop screen.
