Meet our PCC Cake (a.k.a. Pumpkin Chocolate Cereal Cake)! Alternate layers of moist pumpkin cake and chocolate cake sandwiched between cereal-steeped mascarpone cream. Topped with homemade cinnamon toast crunch and frosted cornflakes.
